Pat and his team did an excellent job cleaning moss from the roof and replacing gutters and downpipes. They also replaced the roof felt that had disintegrated over time. ok so my neighbour used a lad last year for her garage roof and honestly it was a disaster — two leaks by winter and he was impossible to get...ok so my neighbour used a lad last year for her garage roof and honestly it was a disaster — two leaks by winter and he was impossible to get back 🙈 so when ours needed doing i was nervous. a friend in the neighbourhood group recommended Pat and i am SO glad she did! the guys were tidy, quick, and the roof looks deadly. price was fair — actually less than i expected for the quality. already posted photos to the group and had three people asking for the number ✨ only reason i'm not giving five stars is the start date got pushed out by nearly a week with not much communication, which stressed me out a bit. once they showed up though? absolutely no complaints. would absolutely use Barrow Valley again 🙌
